Nope! As long as we have access to the areas we’re cleaning and your water hookup is on, you don’t need to be home. We’ll text you when we’re on the way and follow up with before-and-after photos if you’re not around.

If weather conditions make it unsafe or ineffective to clean, we’ll notify you right away and reschedule at your earliest convenience — no rescheduling fees or hassle.

We understand things come up. You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment without any charge. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a small fee to cover time and travel.

Yes, we often schedule combined appointments like house washing and gutter cleaning, or junk removal and pressure washing. Just ask when booking.

Pricing is based on how much space your junk takes up in our truck, plus any special handling fees if needed.

Yes. This is one of our most popular service combos. We’ll clear out the junk and then pressure wash or soft wash the space for a full refresh.
